Damon has spent his entire adult life in customer service and management capacities.  He knows what makes a good business tick, and brings that knowledge and experience to Sexy Batch.  Rational, logical and strategic, but also creative, empathetic and personable - Damon possesses all the vision and skills necessary to help Sexy Batch customers have the best experience possible.

Hayden-William Courtland

Chief Science Officer

Hayden-William Courtland, PhD has an extensive background in basic science and medicine which spans the disciplines of biochemistry, anatomy & physiology, orthopedics, and endocrinology. He also has an extensive background in strength and conditioning (CF-L2, CSCS, and USAW Club Coach). Hayden is the founder of Science for Fitness which integrates his knowledge and experience as a scientist and CrossFit coach to provide honest and objective health and fitness education to the general public. As the Nutrition Consultant for Sexy Batch, Hayden provides evidence-based suggestions on ingredient sources and ratios so that we can provide our customers with an array of products to match their dietary needs.
